You are responsible for deciding whether our services are suitable for you. If you have a medical, psychological, psychiatric or mental health concern, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before booking or participating.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a crisis, or thinking of harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services immediately.


5. Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching Services

A fixed number of sessions required to achieve a result.

Let us know in advance if you need to reschedule;

If you are late to a session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

If we need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, technical issues or circumstances outside our control, we will offer a suitable alternative appointment time.


8. Discovery Calls

A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions and consider whether the service may be suitable for you.

A discovery call does not create an obligation for either party to proceed.

We may decline to provide services if we believe your needs are outside our scope, or if another type of professional support may be more appropriate.


9. Suitability and Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, cancel, pause or discontinue a service where we reasonably believe:

The service is not suitable for your needs;

You require medical, psychological, psychiatric or crisis support;

Participation may be unsafe or inappropriate;

You have provided false, incomplete or misleading information;

You behave abusively, unlawfully, aggressively or inappropriately;

Continuing the service would be unethical, unsafe or impractical.

Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek support from a qualified healthcare or mental health professional.


10. Payments

Fees for services will be stated on the relevant service page, booking page, invoice or communication before you purchase or book.

By purchasing or booking a paid service, you agree to:

Pay the stated fee;

Provide accurate billing and payment information;

Pay any applicable fees, taxes or charges;

Ensure your payment method is valid and authorised.

If payment is required before a session, your appointment may not be confirmed until payment is received.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not store your full credit card details.


11. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee;

Missed appointments may be forfeited;

If you arrive late, the session may still finish at the original end time;

Refunds may not be available where a session has already been provided;

Refunds may not be available simply because you changed your mind or did not achieve a particular personal outcome.

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling rules shown at the time of booking will also apply.

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer a suitable alternative time or another appropriate remedy.


12. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to your legal rights:

Completed sessions are generally non-refundable;

Missed appointments may be non-refundable;

Digital resources, recordings, downloads or worksheets may be non-refundable once accessed or delivered;

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind unless we choose to offer one;

Refunds are not provided simply because you did not receive a specific personal outcome.

If you believe there is a problem with a service, please contact us so we can review the situation.


13. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Informing us of any medical, mental health or personal circumstances that may affect your participation;
